You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. You have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You get the full order amount including shipping costs credited. The only cost for return from your home to the web store is for your own account. These costs will be approximately 7,25 per package, consult the website of your transport provider for the exact rates.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product with all supplied accessories will be returned – if reasonably possible – in its original state and packaging to the trader. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged and it is necessary to sell the product, then we can calculate the value of the product again. Return procedure

Report your return by e-mail, stating your order number, to info@goodnaturevibe.com. Include in this email a copy of your invoice and a brief explanation why you want to return or exchange an item. We will then send you a return form by e-mail that you must complete and return with the product(s).

Returning products is at your own expense. Unless Good nature vibe makes a mistake in the shipping process, then of course no costs will be charged for the return.
