How to read CBD percentages and milligrams
A percentage only becomes meaningful next to bottle volume and total CBD. Use the actual label values and never turn a percentage into general dosage advice.
In brief
Total mg applies to the complete pack.
Mg per ml can be calculated when total mg and exact volume are both stated.

Read three values together
Check percentage, millilitres and total milligrams. Bottles with the same percentage but different volumes do not contain the same total amount.
A calculation, not dosage advice
If a label states 4,000 mg in 10 ml, the mathematical concentration is 400 mg/ml: 4,000 divided by 10. This does not say what an individual should use.
Do not fill in missing data
If total mg, volume or units are unclear, ask for the current specification. Words such as “strong” have little comparative value without numbers.
