The first 14 days are your statutory cooling-off period. GNV voluntarily extends return eligibility to 30 days; this never limits mandatory rights.

Faulty or wrong
The legal guarantee is separate and a suitable remedy costs you nothing.
1. Statutory withdrawal
Notify us within 14 days from the day after receipt. No reason is required. Use Cancel purchase, email us or use the model statement. After notice you have 14 days to send the goods back.
2. Voluntary return through day 30
From day 15 through day 30 after receipt we accept complete, unused and undamaged goods in saleable condition. A hygiene or safety seal must remain intact where relevant. These extra conditions apply only after the statutory period.
3. Costs, refund and exceptions
For a change-of-mind return you pay direct return postage. We pay necessary return costs for incorrect, damaged or non-conforming goods. Send to our Oosterwolde address after notifying us. A statutory refund is made within 14 days of notice by the original method, including the least expensive standard outbound delivery; we may wait for the goods or dispatch proof. A sealed hygiene exception applies only when the product is genuinely unsuitable for return and the seal was broken after delivery.
4. Legal guarantee
In the Netherlands the legal guarantee has no fixed duration. Goods must meet reasonable expectations. Depending on the case, repair, replacement, price reduction or refund follows without charge under applicable law.
