Where and when do we deliver?
Checkout shows the countries and methods available for your address. Its stated time applies. If no other time was agreed, delivery takes place within 30 days. If we cannot meet it, we inform you and your statutory remedies remain available.
Costs, address and tracking
Current delivery costs and the total including VAT are shown before payment. Check your address carefully and contact us immediately if it is wrong; changes cannot be guaranteed after handover to the carrier.
Delayed, missing or damaged parcel
Contact us with the order number. We remain your point of contact and investigate with the carrier. Photos may speed up a damage investigation but are not a condition for your statutory rights.
