Agreements in plain language
Read the agreements that apply before ordering. They supplement the law and never reduce mandatory consumer rights.

Key features, total price, delivery, payment and relevant restrictions appear before payment.
A 14-day statutory cooling-off period plus our voluntary return option up to 30 days.
Legal conformity rights, a clear complaint route and access to the competent court remain available.
A consumer is an individual acting mainly outside a trade or profession. A distance contract is an agreement concluded through our online store. A durable medium lets you store information for unchanged later reference, such as email or a saved document. Good Nature Vibe B.V., Houtwal 29B, 8431 EX Oosterwolde, the Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce 95865101; VAT ID NL867353673B01; info@goodnaturevibe.com; +31 6 303 288 20.
These terms apply to consumer offers and orders through goodnaturevibe.com. They are available before the contract, can be saved or printed, and the applicable information is supplied with the order confirmation. Mandatory consumer law and any more favourable specific agreement prevail.
We show material features, content or size, current price including VAT, availability, warnings, statutory restrictions and delivery information with reasonable care. Images support identification; the current label and product text prevail. An obvious writing, calculation or system error is not binding where you could reasonably recognise it.
You can review and correct input before payment. The contract is formed when you confirm an order with an obligation to pay and we confirm receipt electronically. We may give reasons for refusing an order because of unavailable stock, evidenced fraud risk, an obvious error or a legal sales or delivery restriction; any amount received is then refunded without undue delay.
Consumer prices include VAT. Delivery and unavoidable costs appear in the total before payment. Only checkout methods are available. Statutory notice, interest and collection rules apply to late payment. Goods remain our property until fully paid, without reducing consumer rights after correct payment.
We deliver to the confirmed address within the agreed time or, if none is agreed, within 30 days. Risk remains with us until receipt by you or your nominated recipient, unless you independently choose a carrier outside our offer. Statutory remedies apply to delay. Available international destinations appear at checkout; you should check reasonable local restrictions, but we do not exclude our own statutory responsibility through a blanket customs clause.
A consumer may normally withdraw from an online goods purchase up to 14 days after the day of receipt, without giving a reason. For separately delivered items the period starts after the last item; for regular deliveries after the first. Use Cancel purchase, email or the model form. The online function uses only identification details, provides a review step and, after final confirmation, an immediate durable acknowledgement. No account or reason is required.
After notice you have 14 days to return to the address in section 1. You pay direct return costs for a change of mind; we pay necessary return costs for a wrong, damaged or non-conforming item. For full statutory withdrawal we refund within 14 days of notice using the same payment method, including the least expensive standard delivery offered. We may wait for the goods or proof of shipment, whichever comes first. Original delivery is not refunded for a partial return.
You may handle goods as reasonably possible in a shop. Only evidenced loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary may be deducted. Original packaging is preferred but is not a separate statutory requirement. An exception applies only where the law allows and we disclosed it before purchase, for example bespoke, perishable, or genuinely hygiene-sensitive sealed goods after the seal is broken.
From day 15 through day 30 after receipt we voluntarily accept a return if the item is complete, unused, undamaged, saleable and any necessary seal is intact. Direct return costs are yours. This service never limits statutory withdrawal, conformity or other mandatory rights.
Goods must conform to the contract and reasonable expectations. Dutch legal conformity has no fixed end date. Report a defect within a reasonable time; notice within two months after discovery is timely in any event. Depending on law and circumstances, repair or replacement is free and price reduction or termination follows where appropriate. A commercial warranty never reduces these rights.
Use Complaints, Contact, email or post. We acknowledge promptly and answer within 14 days, or within that period explain why more investigation is needed and give a new expectation. Ask us to review an unresolved decision. Independent information is available from ACM ConsuWijzer and, for cross-border EU purchases, the European Consumer Centre. A disputes body is available only where competent and the trader is affiliated; we claim no affiliation without evidence. The former EU ODR platform is closed. A legally competent court remains available.
Dutch law applies without depriving a consumer of mandatory protection that would otherwise apply. Personal data follows our privacy and cookie policies. For circumstances beyond reasonable control we inform you and mitigate effects; statutory termination and refund rights remain. Nothing excludes liability for intent, conscious recklessness, injury, statutory product liability or any case where exclusion is unlawful.
If we later offer a subscription, duration, renewal and cancellation are shown before ordering and consumers can cancel at least as easily as they contracted. A change does not retroactively alter a completed order unless law or the consumer permits it. If one provision is invalid, the rest remains effective and is interpreted as closely as possible to its lawful purpose.
