1. Controller and purposes

We process contact, delivery, billing, order and payment-status data to perform the contract; messages for service; technical logs for security and fraud prevention; invoice data for legal administration; and newsletters or non-essential analytics/marketing only with valid consent where required.
2. Retention and recipients
Tax-relevant records are generally retained for seven years; OSS/IOSS records may require ten. Account data remains while active subject to legal retention, contact messages up to 24 months after substantive contact, consent logs up to 13 months and newsletter data until unsubscribe. We share only what is needed with categories such as payment, carriers, hosting/security, service/email and accounting. The live vendor register must be verified before production. We do not sell personal data.
3. Transfers, security and rights
Outside-EEA processing requires an adequacy decision or safeguards such as EU standard contractual clauses. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object, and withdraw consent. Contact us; we normally respond within one month. You may complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
4. Cookies and changes
Non-essential technologies requiring consent load only after your choice. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change it. We date material policy changes and do not knowingly target children.
