Frequently asked questions

Choose with better information

Practical answers about products and ordering. For composition, directions and warnings, the current product page and label always take priority.

Products and ingredients

How do I choose a product that suits me?

First compare product form, ingredients, quantity, directions and warnings. Then decide whether those facts fit your preferences and sensitivities. Ask a qualified healthcare professional when medication or health conditions are relevant.

How do I read a skincare ingredient list?

Read the full list on the product page or packaging and note ingredients to which you are sensitive. A product name or highlighted ingredient never tells the whole story. Patch test a new cosmetic as directed before broader use.

What matters when choosing a facial oil?

Consider the complete formula, intended use, directions, your skin type and known sensitivities. More or “more natural” is not automatically better. Stop if irritation occurs and seek professional advice if it persists.

Are all products natural, organic or vegan?

Not automatically. We only state these characteristics when they have been recorded for that specific product. Always check the product page and label rather than assuming they apply to the entire range.

Where can I find product or batch documents?

When a relevant document is genuinely available, it is listed with the corresponding product or batch. If that link is absent, we do not present the document as available.

Food supplements

Can I combine food supplements with medication?

Discuss this with your doctor or pharmacist before use, especially if you take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a planned procedure or a medical condition. A supplement does not replace a varied diet or medical treatment.

How should I use and store a food supplement?

Follow the dose, warnings and storage directions on the label. Do not exceed the recommended amount and keep the product away from young children. Do not use it if the packaging, smell or appearance has changed unexpectedly.

When can I expect a result from a supplement?

We do not make a general promise. Experiences vary by product and person, and not every desired effect is authorised or sufficiently supported. Judge a supplement by composition, safe use and permitted information, not a guaranteed result.

CBD

What does the percentage on a CBD product mean?

The percentage describes the stated CBD concentration. Also compare total volume, product form, ingredients and directions; a higher percentage alone does not mean a product is a better fit.

Why is CBD a separate category?

CBD has its own product and information context. We therefore keep it separate and describe products factually by form, concentration, volume, ingredients and availability.

Does Good Nature Vibe give medical advice about CBD?

No. We do not diagnose conditions or recommend CBD as treatment. Discuss symptoms, medication, pregnancy or breastfeeding with a doctor or pharmacist.

Stock, ordering and service

What does “out of stock” mean?

The product cannot be ordered at that time. The status on the product page is decisive; we do not use countdown timers or artificial scarcity.

Where can I see shipping costs and delivery information?

Available shipping options, costs and current information are shown in checkout before payment. After dispatch, available tracking information is sent to the email address used for the order.

Can I return my order?

Check the return conditions first and register the return within the stated period. Opened products may be excluded for hygiene or safety reasons where the law allows. Contact us before opening if you are uncertain.

Contact customer service

How do I ask about a product or order?

Use the contact form and mention the product, ingredient or order number. Do not send medical records or unnecessary sensitive data; concrete product or order details are usually enough for us to help.
